We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is here to help.
Return Window
- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
⚠ Please note: Do not send any returns directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, including our tea & spices)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personal care and health items (due to hygiene concerns)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Intimate or sanitary products
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned after more than 30 days of delivery
Refunds Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time to appear).
- Contact your bank (processing delays are possible).

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
- A gift voucher will be sent to your address.
- If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
- To return your item, ship it to:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If eligible for a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted.
- For expensive items, we recommend using trackable shipping or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

- Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1500.
